ABA Proudly prepared the concept plan for Habitat for Humanity and BUILD NOW to build 1,010 homes deemed affordable and attainable on 25-acres of City-owned land. The proposal offers an abundance of community-amenity and shared open spaces, while embracing its natural setting and connections to surrounding cycling lanes and multi-use trails. Buildings are proposed to be designed for low life cycle energy costs across a diverse mix of typologies, from three storey stacked towns to nine storey midrise buildings
providing studio, on, two, three and four-bedroom family-friendly units. The concept plan celebrates the ambitious contribution of affordable and attainable housing within a diverse, thriving and inclusive community.
