This adaptive re-use project involved the renovation of an existing industrial building into a 17,000 sq ft multi-unit commercial office building. A key aspect of the design was maintaining a consistent feel and style across the building facade, while also allowing
individual tenants to develop their own distinct identity. The sleek veneer contrasting black metal, glass and wood entrance features gives no hint of the building’s prior utilitarian existence.
