ABA teamed up with Lowland Properties on the façade enhancement and restoration of 97-99 King Street West in Downtown Kitchener. The façade refresh at grade draws from the historical features of the building above through the use of arched and rounded details and a palette that complements the red clay brick. Contrasting cladding will
provide a dynamic experience for passersby and patrons alike, as the matte and lustrous cladding elements catch and bounce reflections from the people, vehicles and foliage bustling on King Street.
